- If you have purchased or ordered in-store, you will need to return the item(s) back to a Reiss standalone store for a refund.
- You may return most items in a new and unused condition with tags attached and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you want to return any in-store purchases you must do so within 28 days from the day the goods were purchased. Please note this returns period is 14 days longer than the consumer law right of cancellation.
- Items can be returned to any Reiss standalone store (not department stores, franchises or airports).
- Unsuitable items will be reviewed in line with our Returns Policy and faulty items will be reviewed in line with the Consumer Regulations Act 2015.
- Any Reiss items purchased from a department/ franchise store have to be returned to the department store, we can not accept items back to Reiss without a Reiss receipt.

- Please do not return your item(s) via any other method as this will result in your refund not being processed.
