STORE PURCHASES
If you have purchased or ordered in-store, you will need to return the item(s) back to one of our stores for a refund.
Click here to find your nearest REISS store and check opening times. Simply bring your items along and our team will do the rest. (excluding those in department stores, concessions, airports and franchises)
Please do not return your item(s) via any other method as this will result in your refund not being processed.
ONLINE ORDERS
We are pleased to offer free and immediate returns in over 600 locations across the UK.
This is the quickest and easiest way to arrange a return, visit one of our Reiss stores and your refund will be actioned immediately in store. If a Next store is more convenient for you, we have partnered with them to receive Reiss returns and to arrange refunds in their stores.
Alongside our free in-store returns, you can also arrange a return via courier, collected from your home or via your local Evri, Parcelshop or locker. There is a collection charge of £1.95 per parcel, which will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount. This is applicable on all orders placed from February 1st 2023.
Online and in store purchases can be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase. This policy applies to full price and sale items.
For online orders, we will send you an email confirmation once we receive your returns.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Unsuitable items must be in their original, unworn condition and have all tags attached.
Items cannot be returned to Reiss stores within department stores, airport or franchise stores.
