Store Purchases
If you have purchased or ordered in-store, you will need to return the item(s) back to a Reiss standalone store for a refund.
You may return most items in a new and unused condition with tags attached and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you want to return any in-store purchases you must do so within 28 days from the day the goods were purchased. Please note this returns period is 14 days longer than the consumer law right of cancellation.
Items can be returned to any Reiss standalone store (not department stores, franchises or airports).
Unsuitable items will be reviewed in line with our Returns Policy and faulty items will be reviewed in line with the Consumer Regulations Act 2015.
Any Reiss items purchased from a department/ franchise store have to be returned to the department store, we can not accept items back to Reiss without a Reiss receipt.

Please do not return your item(s) using the below options as these are specific to orders placed online and will result in your refund not being processed.
Online Orders
You may return most items in a new and unused condition with tags attached and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you want to return your order you must do so within 28 days from the day the goods were delivered to either (1) your home address; or (2) a store (if you elected for your items to be delivered to store). Please note this returns period is 14 days longer than the consumer law right of cancellation. This service is available in most stores and is free of charge. Certain items cannot be returned to stores, as detailed in the EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURNS POLICY section.
We are pleased to offer free and immediate returns in over 600 locations across the UK.
This is the quickest and easiest way to arrange a return, visit one of our Reiss stores and your refund will be actioned immediately in store. If a Next store is more convenient for you, we have partnered with them to receive Reiss returns and to arrange refunds in their stores.
Alongside our free in-store returns, you can also arrange a return via courier, collected from your home or via your local Evri, Parcelshop or locker. There is a collection charge of £1.95 per parcel, which will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount. This is applicable on all orders placed from February 1st 2023.

Collected from your home
To arrange a courier collection with our partner EVRi:
- If you have a REISS account, you can arrange for a courier to collect your parcel(s) by signing into My Account, clicking on Returns and then on Arrange a return.

If you checked out as a Guest, you can book your collection directly with EVRi. Simply click here and follow the below steps:
1) Enter REISS Ltd as your retailer’s name then select Return a parcel.
2) Enter your Surname, email address and the reason for your return.
3) Tick the Terms & Conditions box and select Continue.
4) Select Courier collection as your returns method and follow the on screen instructions.
You will receive an email from EVRi to confirm your collection once you have completed your collection request. Collections from home are available Mon to Sat (8am - 6pm) and can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
Preparing your parcel for collection:
- Please package your items securely.
- If you have the original paperwork to hand, apply the returns label sticker to the outside of your parcel and place the remainder of your paperwork inside. If you do not have the original paperwork to hand please print the EVRi return order confirmation, which you will have received via email once you’ve arranged your collection.

To your local EVRI parcelshop or locker
To arrange your return from either a Parcelshop or Locker click here.
