Shopping with a REISS account
Sign into your Reiss account from the top of the home page and click on My Orders to see the latest updates about your order.
Here you can view:
- History of all your recent orders.
- Up to date parcel statuses.
- Delivery destination of your order.
(Please note if you have a REISS account but have placed an order as a guest, details for this order will not be visible in the ‘My Account’ section on Reiss.com).
You can also track your orders by clicking here, you’ll need your customer reference number which can be found on your order confirmation email.

Shopping as a Guest
Your order confirmation will show the details of your order and an expected delivery date.
Home delivery: Once the parcel is with your courier, you will receive a tracking email from
EVRi which will include your tracking number and a two hour delivery window. You will be able to track your order via the EVRi website using the tracking number on the email.
