That's a great question—and yes, we do! Reiss offers 10% off customers first app order. To receive your welcome discount, just make sure you've done the following:
- Download the Reiss app from the app store
- Ensure this is your first order using the app.
How will I receive my welcome discount?
Upon downloading the app and registering an account the 10% discount will automatically be loaded to your account.
Why has the discount not automatically applied to my basket?
We're sorry you're running into trouble with your discount! The most common reason is that it can only be applied to full-priced items. Please double-check that your basket doesn't contain any products that already have a promotion applied (like a multibuy discount or a sale item).
Please also ensure that you are logged into your customer account and are shopping on the Reiss app itself.
