Our order process is very quick so we are unable to change orders and can only cancel delayed items.
To add items to your order, please place a new order.
If you have a REISS account, you can cancel delayed items online by following the below steps:
- Sign into ‘My Account’ using your email address and password
- Select the 'Order Tracking' option.
- Select the 'Cancel Item’ link next to the item you wish to cancel.
If you placed your order as a Guest, please contact us and a member of the team will be able to cancel delayed items. For ways to contact us, please click here.
If you're unable to cancel the order, please return it back to us for a full refund.
