Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated ‘order confirmation’ email* within 1 hour, which will include all of the items that you have ordered and expected delivery dates. You will only receive this email if you entered a valid email address when placing your order.
Please check to ensure that the email has not been filtered into your ‘junk’ folder.
If you have a REISS account, you will also be able to see if your order has been placed by signing into ‘My Account’ and selecting ‘Order Tracking’. Although the details may not instantly be there to view, they will appear within 2 hours of ordering.
