Buying for Christmas? Items ordered online or purchased in one of our Reiss stores between Friday 13th November 2026 and Friday 25th December 2026 can be returned up until, and including Sunday 3rd January 2027 for a full refund back to your original payment method (full price, promotional and sale purchases).
Just make sure your unwanted gifts are unused, in the original packaging (if appropriate) and still have the tags attached. If you’re returning an item bought in store please bring proof of purchase.
