Some items are exempt from our Returns Policy and cannot be exchanged for safety or hygiene reasons including earrings,facemasks, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed), fragrance and grooming products (where the packaging is unsealed) and hand sanitisers. Shoes have to be returned within their original shoe box.
