In addition to our standard returns policy, any items ordered online or purchased in one of our
Reiss stores between Friday 14th November 2025 and Thursday 25th December 2025 can be
returned up until, and including Sunday 4th January 2026 for a full refund back to your
original payment method.
Please note that items must be returned in their original condition. If you’re returning an item
bought in store please bring proof of purchase.
