- In store purchases must be returned to a Reiss standalone store for a refund.
- Items can be returned to any Reiss standalone store (not department stores, franchises or airports).
- Unsuitable items will be reviewed in line with our Returns Policy and faulty items will be reviewed in line with the Consumer Regulations Act 2015.
- Any Reiss items purchased from a department/ franchise store have to be returned to the department store, we can not accept items back to Reiss without a Reiss receipt.
- We have a 28 day returns policy which we follow for in store purchases and online purchases.
