Yes. If you maded your purchase between Thursday 8th October and Sunday 1st November feel free to return it back to a standalone Reiss store now as our England stores are back open.
This applies to full price and sale items and is in addition to your statutory rights. Unsuitable items must be in their original, unworn condition and have all tags attached.
Some items are exempt from this policy for safety or hygiene reasons including facemasks, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed) and fragrance and grooming products (where the packaging is unsealed).
Items cannot be returned to Reiss stores within department stores, airport or franchise stores.
