Yes. We're happy to extend our returns policy for any purchases made between Thursday 8th October and Sunday 1st November. Just keep hold of your item and return it to a standalone Reiss store once we've re-opened.
This policy applies to full price and sale items and is in addition to your statutory rights. Unsuitable items must be in their original, unworn condition and have all tags attached.
Some items are exempt from this policy for safety or hygiene reasons including facemasks, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed) and fragrance and grooming products (where the packaging is unsealed).
Items cannot be returned to Reiss stores within department stores, airport or franchise stores.
