From 2nd November, you have until 4th January or 28 days, whichever is later; to return Christmas purchases bought in standalone Reiss stores and online.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Unsuitable items must be in their original, unworn condition and have all tags attached.
Some items are exempt from this policy for safety or hygiene reasons including facemasks, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed) and fragrance and grooming products (where the packaging is unsealed).
Items cannot be returned to Reiss stores within department stores, airport or franchise stores.
