Yes but only to standalone Reiss stores, not those in department stores, airports and franchises and only for an exchange or a refund via a credit note.
Take your item(s) into store along with your Packing Invoice and completed Returns Note for an exchange for the same item in a different size or colour, or a refund via credit note to spend in store.
Should you require a refund, you will need to return the items to us via courier or mail.
For the UK only
If you want a refund to your original payment method, our store team can send the item(s) back to us on your behalf. This does take slightly longer than sending it back direct via DHL or Collect Plus.
