We can't change your delivery method after you've placed your order but we may be able to cancel your order if we haven't already dispatched it. You need to contact us straight away as we pick, pack and ship orders quickly.
If you're a registered customer, log in to 'My Account' and select 'Orders & Returns' to check whether there's still time for us to stop your order from being shipped. 'In Progress' orders can still be cancelled but 'Shipped' orders will already be on their way.
If it's too late to stop your order, either refuse it when it is delivered or return it back to us using the DHL or Collect+ label enclosed with your parcel. Once we receive your order back, we will refund you.
