We can't add or change items e.g. for a different size or colour once you've placed your order, you'll have to place a separate order for any additional items.
However, we may be able to cancel items or the whole order so that you can re-place it with the correct items as long as your order hasn't yet shipped. You need to contact us straight away as we pick, pack and ship orders quickly.
If you're a registered customer, log in to 'My Account' and select 'Orders & Returns' to check whether there's still time for us to stop your order from being shipped. 'In Progress' orders can still be cancelled but 'Shipped' orders will already be on their way.
If it's too late to stop your order, you can return any unwanted items back to us for a refund or exchange using the DHL or Collect+ label enclosed with your parcel. Once we receive your order back, we will process your refund or exchange.
