Once you've placed your order, we're not able to add any items to it so you'll have to place a separate order for any additional items.
If your order hasn't yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel the whole order so that you can re-place it with the additional item(s) and have them shipped together. You need to contact us straight away as we pick, pack and ship orders quickly.
If you're a registered customer, log in to 'My Account' and select 'Orders & Returns' to check whether there's still time for us to stop your order from being shipped. 'In Progress' orders can still be cancelled but 'Shipped' orders will already be on their way.
