Unsuitable items bought from standalone Reiss stores or online may be returned within 28 days of purchase. This policy applies to full price and sale items.
If you have been unable to return a store purchase due to lockdown, don’t worry, just keep hold of your item and proof of purchase and return it to a standalone Reiss store within 14 days of stores reopening.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Unsuitable items must be in their original, unworn condition and have all tags attached.
Some items are exempt from this policy for safety or hygiene reasons including facemasks, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed) and fragrance and grooming products (where the packaging is unsealed).
Items cannot be returned to Reiss stores within department stores, airport or franchise stores.
