Unsuitable items bought from standalone Reiss stores or online may be returned within 28 days of purchase. This policy applies to full price and sale items.
Every return made needs to be returned with a proof of purchase, which can be a receipt or bank statement showing the transaction, or we will not be able to able to accept the item back.
We allow up to 14 working days to receive returns back to our warehouse, once we receive your return we will send you email confirmation.
In store purchases have to be returned to a Reiss standalone store with a proof of purchase, in store purchases can not be returned to our warehouse.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Unsuitable items must be in their original, unworn condition and have all tags attached.
Faulty item's up to 6 months after purchase, can be refunded onto a gift card or exchanged if in stock.
We can not assist with items purchased over our 6 months faulty returns policy.
Some items are exempt from this policy for safety or hygiene reasons including facemasks, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed) and fragrance and grooming products and also jewellery (where the packaging is unsealed). Shoes have to be returned in their original shoe box.
Items cannot be returned to Reiss stores within department stores, airport or franchise stores.
Items purchased within department stores, franchise stores or airports have to be returned to the store which the item was purchased from, at Reiss we do not assist with these purchases.
