Which countries stores are closed and which are open and for how long?
UK, Republic of Ireland, US, Canada, Europe and Australia: The US, UK, Republic of Ireland, Canada, European and Australian stores are all closed until further notice and we will communicate any changes to this closure period accordingly.
All other international stores: Our Reiss standalone stores (this excludes any concessions and franchises) remain open and we will action any necessary steps proactively as the situation surrounding COVID-19 develops.
Are you still offering Collect In-Store orders?
UK, Republic of Ireland, Europe: We are not accepting Collect In-Store orders at this time. All Collect In-Store orders have been returned to the warehouse and our customer services team will be contacting customers directly to discuss their options. Please note there may be a delay in communications as our team is experiencing a high volume of requests at the moment.
