Your order has been placed successfully once you reach the screen that displays your order number. If you haven't added Reiss to your email address book your confirmation email may have gone into your junk folder, so please check there.
If you're a registered customer, check 'My Account' which will show all your current orders, just click on 'Orders and Returns'.
If you still cannot find confirmation of your order you may have typed your email address in incorrectly when you placed your order. Our friendly Customer Care team will be able to check this for you.
