You can also use Hermes My Places via the Hermes App to allow you to set your delivery preferences including confirming a safe place for your order to be left. You can download the Hermes App here.
Whether you're a registered customer or not, click on 'Sign In' at www.reiss.com to find details about your order.
- Login to your account then select 'Orders & Returns'
- You can track your order by selecting 'Track Package
Once we've dispatched your order, we'll email you confirmation of this along with your tracking number, you can use this number to track your order. UK customers can also track their order at www.myhermes.co.uk by clicking here
- Enter the email you used for your order and your order number then click 'Submit'

If you entered your mobile number when you placed your order, the courier will text you with updates on the progress of your delivery.
All Same Day orders are packed as a priory and are dispatched using an independent Same Day courier who can deliver up to 6 pm.
